THE SITUATION
A site Google had practically forgotten about
When I joined Conceivio in October 2025 the site had near-zero organic presence. There was no SEO strategy, no content plan and a significant backlog of technical issues. Broken links, crawl errors and indexation problems were spread across the entire site. Google was visiting but not ranking anything meaningful. The organic channel was essentially flat.
THE RESULT
574K impressions. One quarter. From scratch.
By January 2026 the site was hitting 23,000 impressions in a single day and climbing. The growth curve in Search Console is the kind that makes clients ask if you have done something illegal. The answer is no. The answer is that proper SEO work done consistently, starting from a clean technical foundation, compounds faster than most people expect when the baseline is zero.

TECHNICAL AUDIT AND CLEANUP
Fixed broken links, resolved crawl errors, cleaned up indexation issues and addressed redirect chains across the entire site.
CONTENT OPTIMISATION
Rebuilt existing pages around real query intent. Added proper headings, meta descriptions and structured content for every key page.
NEW CONTENT PUBLISHING
Established a consistent publishing cadence targeting topical clusters. Mapped content to search intent at every stage of the funnel.
INTERNAL LINKING
Built a proper internal linking structure so authority flowed from strong pages to pages that needed ranking support.
ONGOING SITE HEALTH
Weekly Search Console monitoring, crawl checks and proactive issue resolution. Kept the technical foundation clean throughout.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
Set up proper reporting across impressions, clicks, CTR and average position. Tied every action back to measurable outcomes.
